Fee Structure

Capital Corp does not charge any upfront Introductory Fees whatsoever when dealing with projects that require funding. Rather, we prefer to earn a financial compensation paid by the funders upon the successful closing of a transaction.

 

Important Note: In any given transaction, the client will be responsible for paying the legal fees, valuation fees (should CC need a valuation report), report fees (should CC need a viability report), and fees related to Due Diligence verifications.

 Does CC invest its own funds into any given transaction?

Yes! We believe in your project as much as you do and we act on our faith in it.

Does CCMB do equity funding?

Yes, we do.

What is CCMB's funding range  for project financing?

We work on projects ranging from USD $7 million to USD $500 million.

Does CCMB work with Start-ups?

Yes! Over the years we've had great success stories working with start-up companies and helping them grow and meet their funding goals.

How long does it take to obtain funding for my project?

The normal delay to obtain funding for a client's project is 60 working days.

Does CCMB work with brokers?

Yes! We have worked on numerous successful projects with brokers over the years and we also fully protect brokers' commissions.

Does CCMB work alone or with other investors?

Capital Corp works with other vetted and trusted investors and brings the right investors to the table for each individual project, so that both client and investor are satisfied, have a proper understanding of the project, and have the best possible chance of making the project at hand a success.

Does CCMB do 100% Funding?

No, we do not - and we never have.
